Coming Out of Limp Mode is a practical, mindset-focused course designed to help individuals navigate setbacks, crises, and unexpected life changes. Rather than rushing into recovery or trying to return immediately to the way things were, the course guides participants through a structured process of understanding what happened, protecting what matters most, shifting perspective, identifying available resources, and taking realistic steps forward.
Inspired by the concept of limp mode in a vehicle — a state in which performance is restricted to prevent further damage — the course explores how people can respond to difficult circumstances by slowing down, reassessing their situation, and making deliberate decisions before rebuilding.
Through practical exercises, guided reflection, and real-life perspectives, participants will learn how to turn disruption into clarity, recognize opportunities within challenging situations, and build a more sustainable path forward.
The course is relevant to individuals experiencing challenges in relationships, business, career, emotional wellbeing, health, finances, reputation, or personal direction.
