Who is Anisa Al-Sharif?

• A social policy consultant with over 20 years of experience supporting families, children, and women within institutional and governmental settings at various levels.
• A certified trainer in the “Parenting by Connection” approach from the U.S.-based Hand in Hand organization, and a curator of exemplary Arabic parenting content.
• Founder of the Tanshe’a Program, which aims to spread the culture of conscious parenting and build supportive communities across the Arab world.
• A keynote speaker and transformational coach who delivers interactive workshops and innovative educational and family seminars.
• Holds a Master’s degree in International Social Policy from the University of Bath (U.K.), and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the United Arab Emirates University.
• Worked for 13 years with the Government of Dubai in developing social, economic, and educational policies, and contributed to national policy-making in education, human development, and the inclusion and empowerment of people with disabilities.
