• Quick Relief from Guilt
Many mothers feel guilt, exhaustion, or constant anxiety, often wondering if they’re doing enough. • Practical Tools for Immediate Use
This training is not just about theoretical concepts. You’ll learn practical methods and tools that you can apply immediately. Whether it’s strategies to reduce stress during tough moments or techniques to improve communication with your kids, you’ll leave equipped with solutions to make daily life and parenting easier.
• Personal Growth Beyond Parenting
This training isn’t just about parenting your children; it’s an opportunity to rediscover yourself on a personal level. Since childhood, I have loved playing “school,” and my favorite game was teaching my dolls what I had learned at school. I always felt that my future would be with children, which is why I chose to major in education at university. My professional journey began as a teacher, where I worked closely with children and witnessed the challenges they face in expressing themselves and managing their emotions.
I did not realize the profound impact that well-being has on children’s academic performance and behavior until I worked with refugees. During this experience, I saw how being seen and heard could make a drastic difference in children’s lives. This realization motivated me to shift my career toward training and coaching to provide children with the support and tools they need to thrive. Knowing that I couldn’t achieve this goal alone, I started training and certifying life coaches for children to be part of this mission.
Later, I worked with the organization Right to Play, contributing to projects that support children and their families in communities facing significant challenges.
As a parent coach, I also focus on parents’ well-being, helping them understand how their mental and emotional health affects their parenting style. I work with them on regulating their emotions and understanding how their past experiences influence how they interact with their children, enabling them to build secure and trusting relationships.
I earned a bachelor’s degree in Education from the Lebanese American University, along with several certifications in positive education, positive coaching, and child life coaching. I also developed practical tools to help children express their emotions and achieve emotional balance, including calming cards, emotion cards, and positive affirmation cards.
In my work today, I integrate attachment theory and the polyvagal theory to help parents regulate their emotions, reshape their parenting approach, and understand how their past experiences affect their parenting style. I believe that emotional regulation starts with parents and reflects on their children, and that a strong parent-child relationship is the foundation for building a more stable and happier generation.
My mission today is to empower parents and coaches to become positive change agents in children’s lives and create a safe, supportive environment that helps every child grow and thrive. Through working with parents and training child life coaches, I aim to build a community that starts with the family, where every child feels safe and receives the support needed to achieve their dreams.
Lina Ali is a mother, educational consultant, and mental health specialist for children and adolescents. She is not just a consultant but an inspiring mother who has made a significant difference in her own life and the lives of many mothers and families she has worked with over the years.
Lina decided to transition from the engineering field to focusing on the mental health of mothers and their children when she realized, through her personal experience as a mother of three children and teenagers, the critical role of maternal mental health in raising a psychologically healthy generation. She understood that a mother’s role serves as the cornerstone for building a conscious, capable generation that can make a positive impact on themselves and others.
She also recognized the importance of prior preparedness in terms of knowledge and skills for this journey, which most mothers enter without awareness or understanding. This lack of preparation often leads to personal struggles that extend to their children, manifesting as various behavioral issues that mothers may lack the awareness or tools to understand and transform into growth opportunities for themselves and their children.
Thus, Lina redirected her passion and combined her academic and practical experience from building roads and bridges between cities to building pathways and bridges of communication between mothers and themselves for a conscious, enjoyable motherhood, as well as between mothers and their children.
She founded her own consulting and training company, offering individual and group coaching programs for mothers, children, and adolescents. She also collaborates with various organizations to design programs that build emotional and social intelligence skills.
Lina holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and postgraduate studies in Road and Transportation Management. She continued to develop her knowledge and passion for parenting and mental health for mothers, children, and adolescents, earning multiple advanced certifications in this field, including a diploma in Behavior Modification for Children and Adolescents, and accredited coaching certificates from London, among others, enabling her to provide comprehensive family solutions.
Lina Ali is a partner in the journey of every mother seeking to build self-belief, confidence in parenting, and conscious communication with her children. She firmly believes that change begins within every caregiver, and through this inner transformation, a resilient and loving generation can be nurtured to face life’s challenges with confidence and compassion.
